Chicken Kabob in Peanut sauce

Peanut Sauce for chicken Kabob:

-5 tbsp peanut butter

-Olive oil

-Cayenne pepper

-Powdered Chili pepper

-Sea salt

 

-Chicken Breast cut into pieces.

 

In a saucepan heat up olive oil (put enough to cover a thin layer on the bottom of the pan). Add peanut butter. It should be a saucy consistency. Add more oil or peanut butter to achieve desired consistency. Add Cayenne powder and powdered chili pepper to desired spiciness. Add a pinch of sea salt. Stir in chicken breast pieces and cook. Put on skewers. Done.
