Pumpkin Smoothie


-Cooked, peeled pumpkin

-maple syrup

-dates (cut into slices for easier blending)

-1 tbsp Cinnamon

-1 tsp vanilla (alcohol-free tastes best)

-milk (soy, cow, goat, whatever milk you consume)

-ice cubes


Put pumpkin into blender with dates. Blend until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients, saving the ice cubes for the end. You can freeze milk and have milk ice cubes, but be sure to add some liquid milk or the smoothie will be too dense. My friend and I also tried it with frozen coffee ice cubes as a pumpkin Frappucino.
